Siree Asvapromtada Graduated with Bachelor’s degree in Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (D.V.M.) from the Faculty of Veterinary Science, Chulalongkorn University (Bangkok, Thailand) in 2010. After completed her DVM, she worked as a veterinary clinician in Chulalongkorn university small animal teaching hospital. In 2013, she went on to pursue her Ph.D. by studying on characterization of urinary exosomal release of aquaporins in rat renal ischemia-reperfusion model with Professor Masahiro Ikeda at Veterinary Pharmacology laboratory, Faculty of Agriculture, University of Miyazaki (Miyazaki, Japan). After received her Ph.D, she joined Prof. Surapol Issaragrisil’s team at the SiSCR in 2019. Her current work focuses on establishment of human disease-specific stem cells, which aim to recapitulate disease pathology and understand the mechanism of disease progression in in vitro and in vivo models.
