The SiSCR has recently published a review article ‘Emerging Role of the Hippo Signaling Pathway in Positional-Sensing and Lineage-Specification in Mammalian Preimplantation Embryos’ in BIOLOGY of REPRODUCTION
The Hippo signaling pathway is associated with mammalian development. Mutation of the Hippo component gene(s) could result in lineage decision disruption and developmental failure in the early embryo. In this review, we discuss the unique role of the Hippo signaling pathway in early embryo development and its role in lineage specification.

Dr.Nuttha and her colleagues from Chulalongkorn University have recently published a research article in Neuroscience letter
This strategy demonstrated the beneficial function of TGF-β1/ALK inhibitor that rapidly and uniformly drives cell fate alteration from pluripotent state toward neuronal lineages in mouse embryonic stem cells.
